Last week I worked on the farm and did out of blossom counts (OFB) with Cass. Out of Blossom counts determine timing for the application of first cranberry fruit worm sprays. The application can be applied a certain number of days (depending on the cranberry variety) when a bog is determined to be 50% out of bloom/blossom. Here are some pics of the bogs from last week:
